With over eight years of experience in the fitness industry, Carena is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in Group Fitness and Women's Fitness. She is passionate about helping clients of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits.
Throughout her career, Carena has coached a variety of fitness modalities, including indoor cycling at City Cycle Seattle, HIIT training at HIIT Lab, functional fitness at F45, and corporate wellness classes. Her diverse coaching background allows her to create challenging, engaging, and supportive workouts tailored to each individual's goals.
A lifelong athlete, Carena has completed more than nine half marathons and continues to pursue her own fitness goals through weightlifting, CrossFit, and training for HYROX competitions. She believes that fitness should be both rewarding and enjoyable, and she loves helping clients discover what they're capable of achieving.
As a mother of two young girls, Carena understands firsthand the unique challenges women face throughout different stages of life. Her personal experience with pre- and postnatal fitness gives her a compassionate and practical approach to supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
Whether working with beginners who are just starting their fitness journey or experienced athletes pursuing specific performance goals, Carena creates an encouraging environment where clients can have fun, work hard, and continue growing stronger. She is especially passionate about empowering women and moms to prioritize their health, build confidence, and feel their best.
