More importantly, you’ll be able to reinvest your time back into yourself.
What differentiates women’s fitness from other demographics?
Women lose bone density with age. Strength training is one of the most effective preventative measures to combat osteoporosis and osteopenia.
Young women are inundated with confusing media that may influence poor diet choices or an unhealthy relationship to exercise. Girls and women of all ages will benefit from learning healthy movement and nutrition practices.
Pre/Post-natal women benefit from increased muscle mass to reduce the risk of complications during pregnancy and delivery, reduce the risk of postpartum depression, and support a more comfortable recovery.
Peri/Post-menopausal clients will benefit from training that aims to preserve muscle mass and bone density and mobility training for healthy joints. Physical activity can improve mood swings brought on by a shift in hormones while improving energy levels overall.
